We have endeavoured to make the booking and payment process as flexible, simple and as secure as possible.
Payment: You can pay for your course in 2 ways
- Create an international money transfer through your bank to our bank.
- By giving your credit card details directly to us over the telephone.
Step 1 Check course availability : Contact us.at info@cascinapapaveri.com. We will endeavour to answer any questions you may have before booking.
If we have availability on your selected course we will reserve it for you for 72 hours to allow booking forms and payment of the deposit to be received.
Step 2 Completing the Booking form.
Complete and email back the booking form which we email to you as part of step 1 above, together with you credit card details for payment of the 30% deposit.
Note. This booking form is the contract between us and you must complete all the required fields and check the appropriate box’s. Submitting the the form indicates that you agree to our terms and conditions.
Step 3 Payment
- International money transfer.
You will probably need to visit your bank to send this transfer to our Italian bank. Payment details and instructions for your bank are contained on the booking form, which can be printed off.
- Credit card payment by Visa or MasterCard.
The booking form gives details of how to send your credit card information to us using two email addresses for security. We will confirm when the 30% deposit is taken. The 70% balance is required 60 days prior to the visit.
We will take the full visit cost if booked within 60 days of the visit.
